Tzintch Mining Corporation is looking for new members that can offer fresh leadership and can follow instruction.

We are modelled after real-life corporation, in terms of policies and procedures. While this may seem daunting to some, it can be comforting for others. All members recieve a corporation member-handbook, which is a "user friendly" version of the policy & procedures manual. All high-authority roles will recieve a copy of the policy and procedures manual and will be expected to know it enough to deal with administrative issues (anything from punishments to rewards).
